As Admin Assistant for WindRiver Construction and HOA Operations, you will provide management administrative support in many areas including:

Provide administrative, scheduling, logistics, and Client support for construction and landscaping projects
Provide HOA and Country Club operations support
Administer process for design reviews, compliance, and invoicing
Assist and track property management needs and maintenance requests
Assist property compliance guidelines, notices, and updates
Prepare project quotes, job costing, and project reports

Qualifications:

High School diploma required, college preferred
2 years of relevant office or admin experience required
Experience a plus (or eager for training) in relevant admin areas, such as HOA operations, construction and maintenance, landscaping, and property management.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong Microsoft Office experience
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Efficiently handle multiple duties
Positive communication skills
Strong organizational, admin, and planning skills
